is in a wonderful ambiental scenery with look at the Dolomites. The place is suited very well for excursions, bike-tours, running, horse riding, Nordic Walking, mushrooms search, skiing and snowboarding, sleddging, cross-country skiing, skating and travelling tours.
Our residence is in a wonderful position and dists only 100 m from the railway station of traditional Renon cable railway (connecting Renon to Bolzano). The idyllic center of Collalbo can be reached in 5 minutes by feet and up to the sports facilities with skating place, ice ring (in summer suitable for roller-skating), tennis courts, fitnesstudio and soccer pitch. Besides the villa is the ideal starting location for footpaths and walking tours, thus for example - just 20min by feet up to the famous Renon earth pyramids.
